A traffic accident has caused traffic to be backed up for miles along 581 westbound near Lemoyne, near the I-83 intersection.
One woman is trapped in a vehicle at the scene, causing traffic to be stop-and-go on I-83 north as well.
The extent of her injuries is unknown, but emergency services are on the scene.
