Burning will start around 4 p.m. Tuesday and will be end by 4 a.m. Wednesday. The burn will continue at approximately 4 p.m. Wednesday and be completed by 4 a.m. Thursday. The controlled burn will be conducted weather permitting.

SR 36E will be under controlled traffic during burning operations. Emergency vehicles will be patrolling the area heavily, so be aware of emergency vehicles along the highway.

The purpose of the burn is fuel reduction along the highway to reduce roadside fires, while providing firefighters with live fire training.
