Firefighters in Revere, Massachusetts, cut the cord after a baby was born on the side of the road Thursday morning.
When she grows up, Lennox will have quite a story to tell about how she came into the world. Her mother and father were driving on Lee Burbank Highway around 6:45 a.m. when emergency responders received a call that a woman was going into labor.
Erin Vuijk and her husband were on their way to the hospital when they had to pull over.

"I actually delivered her myself as my husband drove, calling 911," Vuijk said.
She was worried that she only had one towel to keep her newborn warm. But five minutes later, firefighters and paramedics arrived to help.
Vuijk was in labor for 24 hours with her first child, but Lennox had a much different timetable.
"I remember as I pushed her head out, saying, 'This is what my body was built for, and I can do it,'" she said.
