Indiana is currently in stage 4.5 of the plan, which will continue through Aug. 27. In stage 4.5, bars, nightclubs, movie theaters, bowling alleys, cultural sites and other related facilities may operate at 50% capacity. Fairs, festivals and other similar outdoor events can resume, but must follow specific requirements from the state.
