The Arthurian Legend is getting a reboot thanks to Netflix’s new fantasy show. Cursed, a magical series led by 13 Reasons Why‘s Katherine Langford, puts a new spin on the old tale and reimagines the story with a woman at the center of it all.
The new series, which is based on a graphic novel by Frank Miller and Tom Wheeler, puts Nimue (Langford) in the middle of all of the action. As a young woman with special, supernatural abilities, she longs to explore the world, but her village expects her to step up and become the leader of the Sky Folk. When Nimue’s mother dies unexpectedly, she’s left with the Sword of Power. And so begins her quest to deliver the sword to the wizard Merlin (Gustaf Skarsgard).
While Cursed takes place in the Dark Ages, the actors certainly aren’t stuck there. If you’ve already burned through all of Season 1 of Cursed and are craving more, we suggest you check out the cast on social media. Although some of the main cast members, like Skarsgard, don’t have any accounts on Instagram or Twitter, we’ve tracked down the actors who do so you can keep up with your favorite Cursed stars.

Katherine Langford
Katherine Langford stars in Cursed as Nimue. She’s on a quest to deliver the Sword of Power to the wizard Merlin and fulfill her destiny. Before starring in Cursed, the Australian actress made her big Netflix debut in 13 Reasons Why, playing high schooler Hannah Baker for three years. The role catapulted her to fame and even earned her some serious acting recognition — she was nominated for a Golden Globe for her work.

Devon Terrell
Nimue needs help on her quest, and that’s where Arthur comes in. Played by Devon Terrell, the loyal mercenary joins Nimue on her journey to deliver the Sword of Power. Terrell, who is also from Australia like his co-star, Katherine Langford, has been acting since 2016. He’s also starred as former president Barack Obama in the 2016 film Barry.

Daniel Sharman
Daniel Sharman stars in Cursed as the Weeping Monk, or Lancelot, a dark and mysterious villain working with the Red Paladins. Sharman is a British actor who studied at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, earning his Bachelor’s Degree in acting. After school, he went on to star in Teen Wolf, The Originals, Fear of the Walking Dead and Immortals.

Lily Newmark
Lily Newmark plays Nimue’s best friend, Pym, who is a member of the Skyfolk. Newmark has been acting since 2012. Leading up to her role on Cursed, the British actress had appeared in Sex Education, Temple and Solo: A Star Wars Story.

Emily Coates
Emily Coates plays Sister Iris, a young nun from Igraine’s convent who dislikes Nimue and quickly becomes her nemesis. Before joining the Cursed cast, Coates appeared in series like Ladhood, Flack and Warren.

Jóhannes Haukur Jóhannesson
Cumber the Ice King, a Viking who is seeking to claim the throne of England, is played by actor Jóhannes Haukur Jóhannesson. The Icelandic actor has been working for over a decade, appearing in this year’s Vin Diesel action film Bloodshot, as well as The Last Kingdom, Game of Thrones and Where’d You Go, Bernadette.

Bella Dayne
Bella Dayne stars as The Red Spear in Cursed. The German actress has appeared in dozens of films and movies over the years, including American Horror Story, Humans, The Man in the High Castle and Guerrilla. Before she began her acting career, Dayne was crowned Miss Germany in 2006.
