“You know, a lot of folks may see clear roads and assume that everything is fine. Well, you could have a shaded area or a spot that you don’t see easily and that is black ice. Those are really challenging to see because it is really an invisible layer of ice that is on top of that road way. If you are going too fast or not paying attention, then that spot could get really tricky for you,” Meyer said.
