It will be cool and cloudy along the San Diego County coastline on Halloween but there won’t be any rain, says the National Weather Service. The region has entered a dry period that could last for at least the next 7 to 10 days.
Forecasters say the temperature will range from 60 to 65 degrees in San Diego on Sunday evening and 56 to 61 in Escondido, where there will be comparatively few clouds. Coastal winds will be light, blowing roughly 5 mph off the ocean.
The cloudy weather, which began on Saturday, “almost feels more like May than October,” the weather service said in an advisory.
