Mask vending machine makes it easy to follow state mandate - WCAX

BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) - A mask vending machine is making it easy for people in the Queen City to follow the state’s mandate.

Burlington is giving masks to anyone who wants one. As part of the initiative, city officials installed a mask and hand sanitizer vending machine downtown. You can find it just off Church Street by the Marketplace Garage. Out-of-state visitors say they’re grateful most residents are keeping their face covered.

“Everyone’s really courteous about it. I haven’t really been in contact with anyone who hasn’t been wearing a mask, so yea it makes me feel safer,” said Stephanie Magdits of New Jersey.
