Why Warriors rookies Moses Moody, Jonathan Kuminga get along so well - NBC Sports

poloong.blogspot.com

The Warriors' young rookies have shown, especially over the last couple of games, that their futures are blindingly bright.

The 19-year-old rooks have surpassed proving they belong in the league. They have now become game-changers for the Dubs, especially while key players have been out for different reasons.

Jonathan Kuminga led the Warriors with 21 points off the bench as Golden State snapped a five-game losing streak vs. the Los Angeles Clippers on Tuesday. Fellow rookie classmate Moses Moody finished the game with 10 points and eight rebounds.

And one day prior, Moody made his seventh start and exploded for a career-high 30 points with five triples.

Something is clicking for the rookies and whatever it is, it’s working for the Warriors.

Moody gave his insight on why he believes the two get along so well, despite having very different personalities.

And they certainly have been attracting the attention of many the moment they step on the floor.

If it’s not a monster dunk from JK, it’s back-to-back threes from Moody.

The electric energy the two bring to the hardwood can be felt from afar. And for the sake of the Warriors, let’s hope those opposites keep attracting.
