The city of Ocala is soliciting quotes for the construction of a new wall along Heritage Trail.
The request for quotes is currently posted through the city of Ocala’s Procurement and Contracting Office and runs through Monday, November 1 at 2 p.m.
The project entails the construction and installation of a 485 linear foot privacy fence of composite capped boards along Heritage Trail, located on the north side of of the 900 block of W Silver Springs Boulevard.
The fence must be made of composite “Fortress Evolver Capped Boards, Trex” or an approved equivalent, according to the scope of work outlined in the request.
The contractor must have three years of experience in performing fencing or similar services, according to city records.
