Those looking to stretch out their legs this summer and enjoy the warm weather may want to get on a bike (or put on rollerblades or running shoes) and hit the Burke-Gilman Trail. The paved, 27-mile-long path stretches from Golden Gardens Park in Seattle to Bothell on the north edge of Lake Washington, and there are plenty of worthwhile stops to keep one satiated along the way.
