One person was flown by medical helicopter following a crash along Interstate 70 in Rostraver Sunday morning, according to a Westmoreland 911 dispatcher.
Crews responded to the multi-vehicle crash along the Matthew Smelser Memorial Bridge shortly before 10:30 a.m. in which one vehicle was off the roadway into the woods. Another vehicle was involved in the crash, the dispatcher said. Crews responded to that vehicle on top of the bridge.
No other patients were transported to the hospital, the dispatcher said.
State police are investigating the incident.
