Nevada is a finalist to land Robert Morris transfer AJ Bramah, who released his top three Wednesday afternoon, a group that includes the Wolf Pack, Western Kentucky and St. Bonaventure.

Nevada Sports Net first reported Tuesday that Nevada was expected to make Bramah's list of finalists.

A 6-foot-7, 210-pound wing player, Bramah put his name in the NCAA transfer portal in February and is rated by ESPN as the 14th-best transfer available this offseason.

Bramah was one of the nation's most productive players before entering the portal. He averaged 21 points and 10.3 rebounds on 51.1 percent shooting and scored at least 17 points in all 12 of his games. At the time he entered the portal, Bramah was one of four Division I players averaging at least 20 points and 10 rebounds per game. Last year, Bramah averaged 13 points and 7.9 rebounds on 56.9 percent shooting en route to second-team All-Northeast Conference honors. He helped Robert Morris win the NEC regular season and tournament titles, although he didn't get to play in the NCAA Tournament because the event was canceled.

Bramah is from San Leandro, Calif., which is 3.5 hours west of Reno. He visited Nevada's campus when he was a prep player. After averaging 12.5 points in high school during his junior and senior seasons, Bramah played two years at Sheridan College in Wyoming, He transferred to the Division I level at Robert Morris, where he's spent the last two seasons, including 12 games this years, before leaving the team to enter the portal. Because the NCAA granted winter-sport athletes an additional year of eligibility, Bramah can return for a second senior season, although he would count against Nevada's scholarship limit. The Wolf Pack is already two scholarships over the NCAA maximum of 13 players for the 2020-21 season.

While Bramah is not a 3-point shooter (he's 0-for-3 in his college career), he's an excellent slasher who got to the free throw line 6.3 times per game. He would be an impressive addition to Nevada's wing position and add another impact transfer along with the additions of Oregon's Addison Patterson and Texas' Will Baker, who will both be eligible at Nevada next season. While Patterson and Baker were both top-50 recruits out of high school, it has taken longer for Bramah to blossom into a highly sought-after player.

Among the schools to reportedly reached out to Bramah were Arkansas, Arizona, Washington, Utah, UNLV, San Diego State, Vanderbilt, Wake Forest, Seton Hall, UConn, Tennessee and TCU, among others.

Nevada did not have any scholarship seniors on its roster this season and will return its entire starting five, including All-Mountain West guards Grant Sherfield and Desmond Cambridge Jr. as well as standout center Warren Washington (all three were transfers) and freshman starters Tre Coleman and Daniel Foster. While the Wolf Pack will need to tinker with its roster avoid going over the maximum of 13 scholarship players next season, it should have one of the best rosters on the West Coast.

The Wolf Pack went 16-10 last season, including 10-7 in the Mountain West, good for fifth place in the conference. It advanced to the semifinals of the MW Tournament before losing to San Diego State. St. Bonaventure went 16-4 and is a No. 9 seed in the NCAA Tournament while Western Kentucky went 20-7 and is in the NIT.
